富氢盐水对子痫前期大鼠的保护作用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨富氢盐水对子痫前期模型大鼠的血压、尿蛋白以及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响及可能机制。方法:将确定妊娠的SD大鼠30只随机分为模型组(A组)、富氢盐水组(B组)和对照组(C组)。A、B两组用亚硝酸左旋精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)建立子痫前期模型,并给予B组大鼠富氢盐水腹腔灌注。分别于妊娠第12天、第20天进行血压测量、24h尿蛋白测定以及血清VEGF检测。结果(:1)经富氢盐水治疗后,大鼠血压未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。(2)经富氢盐水治疗后B组24h尿蛋白量明显降低(P<0.001)。(3)治疗后B组血清VEGF含量明显升高(P<0.001)。结论:富氢盐水可以减少子痫前期模型大鼠尿蛋白量,而升高其血清VEGF水平,因此富氢盐水可能通过减少血管内皮的损伤,从而改善子痫前期的临床症状,对治疗和减轻子痫前期的并发症有辅助作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of hydrogen-rich saline on blood pressure, urine protein and serum vascula endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) content in rat model of preeelampsia.Method: 30 pregnancy SD rats randomly divided into model group ( A ), hydrogen-rich saline group ( B ) and control group ( C ), and induced the preeclampsia by L-NAME peritoneal perfusion. Given the group B hydrogen-rich saline peritoneal perfused. Measured the blood pressure by tail artery and checked the 24-hour urine protein and the VEGF in serum at 12 and 20 days. Result: ( 1 ) There was no change in group B blood pressure by hydrogen-rich saline treatment ( P〉0.05 ) . ( 2 ) Urinary protein in group B was decline significantly after hydrogen- rich saline treatment ( P〈0.001 ) . ( 3 ) The serum VEGF levels in group B after treatment was significantly higher ( P〈0.001 ) .Conclusion: Hydrogen- rich saline can reduce the clinical symptoms of preeclampsia by reducing vascular endothelial damage, and play a supporting role in treatment and mitigation of complications of preeclampsia.
