摘要
将膨润土经过酸化处理,采用浸渍法制得膨润土负载磷钨酸催化剂,并以此催化餐饮废油与甲醇反应制备生物柴油.考察了磷钨酸负载量和酯交换反应条件对餐饮废油转化率的影响.结果表明:磷钨酸负载量为35%,在反应温度80℃、醇油物质的量比12:1、催化剂用量为原料油质量的5%时,反应6 h,转化率可以达到90%以上.膨润土负载型催化剂活性高,稳定性好,可重复使用.
Phosphotungstic acid supported by bentonite which is acidified is prepared by impregnation and used as catalyst for preparation of biodiesel with waste cooking oil and methanol. The influences of phosphotungstic acid loadings and reaction conditions of the transesterification reaction on the conversion rate of waste cooking oil are investigated. The results show that the conversion rate of waste cooking oil can reached 90% under these conditions: phosphotungstic acid loadings 35%, reaction temperature 80℃, molar ratio between methanol and soybean oil 12:1, and mass ratio of catalyst to waste cooking oil 5%, reaction time 6 h. The obtained catalyst has high activity, stability and can be used repeatedly.
