健康教育在糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者围手术期的应用评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者行围手术期健康教育的应用价值。方法按入院先后顺序将52例糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组各26例。全部患者均给予健康教育,而观察组在对照组的基础上增加围手术期健康教育。并对两组的治愈率、并发症发生情况等进行比较分析。结果观察组治愈26例(100.00%),对照组治愈21例(80.77%)。随访3~6个月,观察组发生并发症0例(0.00%),对照组7例(26.92%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者实施围手术期健康教育,能使病人获得健康信息,采纳健康行为,促进早日康复,提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。 Objective To explore clinical value of perioperative health education for patients with diabetes and hip fracture. Methods According to the order of admission,S2 patients with diabetes and hip fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=26). All patients were given health education, while the observation group on the basis of given perioperative health education. The two groups of the cure rate,complications occurred comparative analysis. Results 26 cases were cured (100. 00%), and the control group, 21 cases (80. 77%) were cured and dis- eharged; were followed up for 3 to 6 months, the observation group complications occurred in patients (0. 00%), the control group,7cases(26.92 %). The difference was statistically significant between the groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of the perioperative health education on diabetes and hip fracture patients, enabling patients to get health information, the adoption of healthy behaviors, promote speedy recovery, improve the success rate of surgery to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
