摘要
目的:根据登革热患者临床特点采取有效的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析医院2007年8月至10月间经实验室诊断和临床诊断125例登革热患者的临床资料。结果:主要临床特点为发热(100%)、头痛(91.2%)、乏力(74.4%)、纳差(73.6%)、皮疹(68.8%)、肌肉酸痛(63.2%)。结论:针对登革热患者临床特点采取有效护理措施,减轻患者痛苦,促进早日康复。
Objective To explore the clinical features of dengue fever--infected patients and the effective nursing measure. Method Data of 125 dengue fever--infected patients who were diagnosed by laboratory or clinical way from August to October in 2007 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The main clinical features are fever （100%）,headache （91.2%）,fatigue （74.4%）,indigestion （73. 6%）,tetter （68.8%）,and sour muscles（63.2%）. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to relieve the pains of the patients ,and promote their recovery.
