财政学教学活动中融入CPS模式的设想——以“外部性”为例

摘要 财政学作为应用型学科,教学目的在于培养学生积极思考、独立解决现实财政问题的实践能力。CPS模式强调的是训练与培养个体的创造力与解决问题的能力,这就为财政学课程融入CPS模式提供了依据。在结合财政学学科特点及CPS模式流程的基础上,选取"外部性"为教学主题来设计财政学的具体教学活动,以期作为未来相关领域课程教学设计的参考。 As applied subject, the teaching purpose of Public Finance is to train students' practical ability to think and to independently solve real financial problems. CPS model emphasizes on training and fostering creativity and problem - solving skills, which provide basis for application of CPS model in public finance courses. With combination of the Public Finance subject characteristics and CPS model, this paper selects the "Externalities" of teaching theme to design specific teaching activities, so as to take it as teaching reference in future.
