摘要
为了研究萝卜贮藏期过氧化物酶的活性变化和作用 ,利用愈创木酚法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法检测在贮藏期萝卜过氧化物酶的活性及同工酶谱 ,实验结果表明 :不同品种的萝卜在不同贮藏时期其过氧化物酶活性及同工酶谱存在差异。贮藏时间越长过氧化物酶活性越高 ,同工酶谱酶带增多。萝卜色素含量越高 ,POD活性也越高 ,因此 ,在萝卜贮藏期有可能过氧化物酶在清除细胞内H2 O2
WT5”BZ] By PAGE and guaiacol methods the change of POD of radish in storage was observed. The experimental results showed that there were differences in POD activity and PAGE POD isoenzyme for different breeds in radish storage. The longer the storese time lasted, the higher the enzyme activity and the more the isoenzyme band were. The activity of POD was raised with the increase of pigment contents. These suggest that POD takes a role in decreasing H 2O 2 during radish stored. [WT5”HZ]
