摘要
目的 了解职业危害因素对交通警察健康的影响。方法 对汕头市的外勤警 380人 (暴露组 ) ,内勤警 2 5 3人 (对照组 ) ,进行了健康体检和健康调查分析。结果 暴露组症状中神经、消化、呼吸系统的阳性率及COHb、血铅明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5及P <0 0 1) ,暴露组在工作的满意程度、对工作的适应情况、肌肉骨骼疾患与对照组相比 ,差异也具有显著性。
Objective To study the effects of occupational hazardous factors on pointsmen's health.Methods The health status of 380 local pointsmen working in field(exposed group) were compared with those of 253 working indoors(controlled group).Results The positive finding rate of nervous system, digestive system and respiratory system, the levels of COHb and blood lead in exposed group were significantly higher than those in controlled group respectively. The degree of work satisfaction, work adaptation and muscular and skeletal disorder were also shown to be significantly different between those two groups.Conclusion It illustrated that the occupational hazardous factors did have some effects on pointsmen's health.
