摘要
分别以MnO_2和MnC_2O_4·2H_2O为原料制成Mn部分替代Tl,Ca和Cu的TlBaCaCuMnO超导样品。T_c测量,X射线衍射和XPS分析结果表明,Mn的引入对TlBaCaCuO超导体的超导电性有抑制作用,不同价态的Mn对TlBaCaCuO超导电性的影响不同。
Using MnO2 and MnC2O4 ·2H2O as starting materials respectively, We have produced T1BaCaCuMnO superconducting sampls of Mn-subs-titution for T1、Ca and Cu.The results of Tc-measurements、 X-ray diffraction and XPS analysis snow that Mn has a suppressed effect on superconductivity of the T1BaCaCuO superconductors and the influences of different valences of Mn on superconductivity are different.
