摘要
该文总结了在TlBaCaCuO超导体中Tl位元素替代的研究成果,分析了替代、掺杂元素在TlBaCaCuO中的同溶度与离子半径的关系,讨论了替代、掺杂元素对TlBaCaCuO超导相形成的影响。
We have summed up the studying results on the substitution of the elements for T1 in TIBaCaCuO superconductors and analyzed the relationship between the solid solubility of the elements in TIBaCaCuO superconductors and the radius of doping ions.The effects on the substitution or the diping on formation of the TIBaCaCuO superconducting phases were also discussed.
