110KBi_(2-x)Pb_xSr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y超导作中Pb含量的优选及最佳化热处理工艺

摘要 我们采用固态反应法制备Bi_(2-x)Pb_xSr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y超导体系列(x=0.2,0.3,0.4),并系统研究了Pb替代Bi的规律。通过对样品的电性能的测量和X射线衍射分析,发现当x=0.3时,得到了最好的结果,其最高零电阻温度为107K。工艺实践表明,适当降低预烧温度,并采用72小时一次烧结法,使整个热处理过程变得稳定可靠,又易于控制。并用此Bi系材料研制77K以上温区SQUID,观察到了量子干涉效应。 The high Tc superconductors of the Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy system have been sythesised by solid state reacting method and the role of Bi/Pb Substitution has been studied extensively using electrical resistivity and X-ray diffraction.It was found that the best results were obtained for x=0.3 and that a step sintering process is necessary for a better control of the thermal process.A SQUID working at 77K was built from Bi based material and its curve was observed.
