富Ca富Cu的Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导电性

SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF RICH-Ca,Cu Bi(Pb)-Sr- Ca-Cu-O SYSTEM

摘要 采用普通固态反应法制备了名义组分为Bi_(2.0-x)Pb_xSr_(1.9)Ca_(2.2)Cu_(3.3)Oy超导体,并系统研究了样品的X射线衍射谱。结果表明:富Ca富Cu加速了2223相形成,拓宽了Bi系的单相化烧结温区,并获得了品质优良的110K单相多晶样品;低温退火有助于提高样品的单相化程度。 The superconductors with nominal composition of Bi2.0-xPbxSr1.9Ca2.2 Cu3.3O, were prepared by solid-state reaction method, XRD patterns were systematically studied for the samples. The results indicated that rich-Ca, Cu could accelerate the formation of (2223) phase, and broaden the sintering temperature range for a single phase. High-quality polycrystalline sample of 110K single phase was obtained. Annealing at lower temperature is beneficial to increase the volume ratio of 110K phase.
