摘要
目的探讨宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月间入院治疗的采用宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变的患者202例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果术中出血量多数在5ml以下,手术时间5～17min,术后2个月阴道镜检后有179例患者宫颈完全修复达到上皮化,表面光滑。23例患者由于暴露血管较大、阴道感染,有少量柱状上皮外翻。患者术后生活质量好于术前。结论宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变疗效较好,手术时间短,患者出血少、痛苦小。
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 202 patients with cervical intraepithelial neo- plasia treated with loopelectrosurgical excision procedure were selected, and the clinical data of all the patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results The bleeding amount in operation for most of the patients was less than 5ml, the operation time was 5- 17min, and there were 179 patients whose cervical repair reached epithelization and the surface was smooth with the colposcopy two months after operation. And there were 23 patients who small amount of columnar epithelium ectropion because of larger exposure vascular and vaginal infection. And the life quality of patients after operation was better than that before operation. Condusions Loop electrosurgical exci- sion procedure treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia not only achieve better effect, but also has the advanta- ges of short operation time, small bleeding amount and little pain.
