摘要
目的:探讨分析宫保散联合高频电波刀(LEEP)对宫颈癌前病变合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法:将我院2013年2月至2015年6月收治的宫颈癌前病变合并HPV感染患者74例按照病床单双号分为试验组和对照组,每组各37例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予LEEP治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予宫保散局部涂抹治疗,比较两组疗效,分析宫保散联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变合并HPV感染价值。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量无显著差异(P>0.05),而试验组住院时间和医疗费用均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);两组治疗前HPV病毒载量无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组远低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组HPV转阴率和总有效率(86.49%和91.89%)均明显高于对照组(51.35%和64.86%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫保散联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变合并HPV感染效果确切,可以显著减少HPV病毒载量,提高HPV转阴率和总有效率,且安全可靠。
Objectives： To explore and analyze the clinical effects of Gongbao powder combined with LEEP therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix complicated with human papilloma virus（ HPV） infection. Methods： 74 patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix complicated with HPV infection in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group ac-cording to the single and double bed numbers,with 37 cases in each group. The control group were given LEEP treatment on the basis of conventional therapy,and the experimental group were given Gongbao powder topical treatment based on the control group. The effects were compared between the two groups,and the values of Gongbao powder combined with LEEP in the treatment of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix complicated with HPV infection was analyzed. Results： There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,and the hospitalization time and medical expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The rates of HPV negative and total efficiency of the experimental group（ 86. 49% and 91. 89%） were significantly higher than those of the control group（ 51. 35% and64. 86%）,with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the rates of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The effects of Gongbao powder combined with LEEP in the treatment of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix complicated with HPV infection are definite,safe and reliable,which can significantly reduce HPV viral load,improve the conversion negative rate of HPV and total efficiency.
