摘要
目的 :建立小儿清热止咳颗粒质量标准。方法 :用薄层扫描法测定了盐酸麻的含量 ,对苦杏仁、黄芩药材进行了薄层色谱鉴别。结果 :加样回收率 97.55% (RSD =3 .4 7% ,n =6) ,标准曲线r =0 .9993 ,重复性RSD =1 .75%(n =6) ,同板精密度RSD =2 .70 % (n =6) ,。结论 :方法稳定、可靠 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Xiao′er Qingre Zhike Keli.METHOD:Ephedirine hydrochloride in Xiao′er Qingre Zhike Keli was determined by TLCS.The skullcap(root) and apricot was separated by TLC.RESULTS:The average recovery was 98.69%(RSD=2.29,n=6),The method had good linear relationship(r=0.9993),reproducity(RSD=1.75%,n=6) and precision(RSD=2.70%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for the quality control of the product.
