摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定了清火栀麦胶囊的含量并对其进行稳定性考察。方法 :用高效液相色谱法对其中的指标成分穿心莲内酯进行了含量测定。紫外检测波长为λ2 2 5nm。加速稳定性试验环境 :3 9℃ ,相对湿度75% ,每月考核 1次。结果和结论 :本品含测结果准确 ,精密度、回收率、重现性均较好 ,经加速稳定性试验 ,放置 3个月后 ,穿心莲内酯含量下降了约 50 %。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of andrographolide in Qinghuozhimai capsules(QHZMC) and examine the quality stability of QHZMC.METHODS:The content of andrographolide in QHZMC was determined by HPLC.QHZMC was stored for 3 months at the temperature of 38～40℃ with relative humidity of 75%.Andrographolide was assayed every month.RESULTS:Linear range was 0.20～1.23μg(r=0.9994).The average recovery rate was 97.89% with RSD=2.3%(n=6).The content of andrographolide in QHZMC was decreased by 53% within 3 months.CONCLUSION:The HPLC method can be used for determinationg of andrographolide in QHZMC.The quality of QHZMC is not stable.
