摘要
目的:掌握本医院急诊观察室的主要病种。方法:对医院2012年2月至5月共计1 920例观察病例进行描述性分析。结果:症状和体征的异常、呼吸系统疾病、血液及造血器官疾病免疫机制的某些疾患、神经系统以及消化系统疾病是我院观察室救治的前5位病种。结论:应加强对以上5大类疾病相关医疗资源的分配,以确保医疗资源的合理利用。
Objective： To understand the main diseases in the emergency room of the hospital. Methods： A total of 1 920 cases in the hospital in February-May of 2012 were analyzed. Results： The signs and symptoms of abnormal respiratory diseases,certain disorders of the blood and blood-forming organ diseases,the nervous system and digestive diseases were the top five diseases. Conclusion： More medical resources should be assigned to the above five disease categories to ensure the rational use of medical resources.
