摘要
目的:探讨益气活血方联用奥美拉唑治疗对溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法:建立乙酸性大鼠胃溃疡模型,将96只成模大鼠随机分为模型组、奥美拉唑组、益气活血方组和奥美拉唑+益气活血方组4组,每日灌胃分别饲以蒸馏水和不同药物,连续14或21或28 d后取溃疡胃组织。评估再生黏膜组织成熟度,以判定溃疡愈合质量。结果:经益气活血方联用奥美拉唑治疗后,大鼠再生黏膜厚度增加,囊状扩张腺体数目减少,肉芽组织炎症细胞浸润数量减少,微血管数量增加,黏膜损伤程度下降,明显优于奥美拉唑单药治疗组。结论:益气活血方联用奥美拉唑治疗,能提高再生黏膜组织成熟度,从而提高溃疡愈合质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Yiqihuoxue decoration（YQHXF） combined with omeprazole（OMLZ）on quality of ulcer healing（QOUH）.Methods： To establish gastric ulcer models in rats,Ninty-six SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,mode group,OMLZ group,YQHXF group,YQHXF＋OMLZ group,every groups were operated and treated with distilled water,OMLZ and YQHXF respectively.After 14 or 21 or 28 days of treatment,the tissue was obtained and measured. Results： YQHXF ＋ OMLZ group compared with OMLZ group,the regenerative gastric mucosa had significantly thinned,but the number of cystic-dilated glands,inflammatory cells and capillary vessel were obviously increased. Conclusion： Yiqihuoxue Decoration combined with omeprazole could ameliorate the regenerative mucosal structure of gastric ulcer and improve QOUH.
