摘要
目的研究半夏泻心汤加味对模型大鼠胃溃疡愈合的影响。方法用半夏泻心汤加味水煎液治疗乙酸胃溃疡模型大鼠,观察治疗后大鼠溃疡指数、再生黏膜厚度、囊状扩张腺体数的变化,并与生理盐水组、西药对照组进行比较。结果半夏泻心汤加味治疗组溃疡指数、囊状扩张腺体数明显小于生理盐水组(P<0.01),与西药对照组比较无显著差异;再生黏膜厚度明显高于生理盐水组、西药对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加味对乙酸胃溃疡模型大鼠有良好的治疗作用,能提高溃疡再生黏膜组织结构的成熟度。
Objective To study the effect of supplemented Banxia Xiexin decoction on the healing of gastric ulcer in model rats. Methods Rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid were divided randomly into the treatment group, the western medicine control group and the normal saline group. The treatment group were treated with supplemented Banxia Xiexin decoction, and the last two groups with famotidine, normal saline respectively. The changes of ulcer index, thickness of regenerative mucosa and number of cystically dilated glands of rats were observed after the treatment. Results The ulcer index and number of cystically dilated glands of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of normal saline group （P〈0.01）,and no significant difference compared with the western medicine control group. The thickness of regenerative mucosa of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of normal saline group, western medicine control group respectively （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Supplemented Banxia Xiexin decoction has a good effect on rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid, and can improve maturation of regenerative mucosa in gastric ulcer rats.
