转StBADH基因T_1代番茄植株的耐盐性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以转StBADH基因的T_1代番茄植株(SBTT)和未转基因对照品种‘金棚一号'(WT)为材料,在200 mmol/L NaCl的胁迫下,对番茄盐害级别、生长指标、相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、抗氧化酶活性和活性氧代谢进行了研究。结果表明:转基因番茄的生长量、相对叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量和保护酶活性均显著高于对照,而O_2·^-生成速率、H_2O_2含量、膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量、相对电导率及盐害级别均显著低于对照。以上结果显示,在NaCl胁迫下,转基因番茄耐盐性的提高与其较高的抗氧化酶活性及较小的氧化损伤有关。 T1 plants of StBADH transgenic tomato(SBTT)and nontransgenic plants of control cul tivar 'Jinpeng 1 ' (WT)were cultured under 200 mmol/L NaCl stress to investigate differences between SBTT and WT in terms of salt damage level,plant growth,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value), relative electric conductivity, free proline content, antioxidant enzyme activities and metabolism of re active oxygen. The results showed that the plant growth, relative chlorophyll content, free proline con tent and antioxidant enzyme activities of SBTT were significantly.higher than those of WT,while the 02 ~ producing rate, H2 02 content, malondiadehyde (MDA) content, relative electric conductivity and salt damage level of SBTT were significantly lower than those of WT. The above results indicated that the improvement of SBTT in salinity tolerance was related to higher antioxidant enzyme activities and less oxidative damage in SBTT.
