大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植一线治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨大剂量化疗联合白体外周血造血干细胞移植一线治疗中高危及高危弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的疗效。方法31例中高危及高危弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者使用化疗诱导缓解治疗达部分缓解（PR）或完全缓解（CR）后，行自体外周血造血干细胞移植下大剂量化疗。结果31例患者中位随访时间49个月，5年总生存率（OS）72．0％，5年无病生存率（DFS）56．0％。结论自体外周血干细胞移植支持下大剂量化疗一线治疗中高危及高危弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤疗效确切。
