不同方案治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的疗效及预后分析 被引量：3

摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma,DLBCL）是非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的一种常见类型,近十年来其治疗取得了巨大进步,主要体现在剂量密度/剂量强度化疗和利妥昔单抗（商品名美罗华）用于一线治疗.2009年美国NCCN（National Comprehensive Cancer Network）已将RCHOP联合或不联合放疗作为初治DLBCL患者的一线治疗方案.而对于具有高危因素首次完全缓解（CR1）患者和初治部分缓解（PR）及复发后二线方案敏感的患者则推荐大剂量化疗联合自体外周血造血干细胞移植（auto-PBSCT）.我国DLBCL患者较多,但对于有关不同治疗方案的整体研究相对较少.我们对我院近十年来DLBCL患者采用不同治疗方案的疗效进行了分析,以求确定较为合理的治疗方式及相关预后影响因素.
