超临界CO_2流体从补骨脂中提取分离补骨脂素、异补骨脂素及脂肪油的工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 用超临界CO_2取技术及正交试验法研究了从补骨脂中萃取分离补骨脂素和异补骨脂素及脂肪油的最佳工艺条件,并进行了中试放大试验,其中补骨脂素可从萃取物中直接析出结晶,同时用GC-MS-计算机联用技术对脂肪油进行分析。结果证明:超临界CO_2提取补骨脂素的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力27MPa、萃取温度70℃;解析Ⅰ压力9MPa、解析Ⅰ温度60℃。脂肪油由油酸、亚油酸等6种成分组成。 Optimum extraction conditions were studied by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology and orthogonal tests. Crystal of psoralen can be achieved directly from the extractives.Magnified experiments were carried out.The chemical constituents of fatty oils were analyzed by GC-MS.The result shows that the optimum conditions are;extraction pressure 27MPa、extraction temperature 70℃ ;seperation pressure 9MPa、seperation temperature 60℃. Six components such as oleic acid、linoleic acid etc. were identified in the fatty oils.
