摘要
目的 探讨无功能垂体微腺瘤的诊断和手术指征。方法 系统分析 1987至 1997年 1月经手术和病理证实的 11例无功能垂体微腺瘤的临床资料。结果 2例闭经 ,1例恢复正常 ;4例头痛 ,3例明显减轻 ,1例消失 ;2例视野缺损 ,1例恢复正常 ,全部病例术后垂体功能正常。结论 仅少数因有视力视野缺损和垂体功能障碍 ,大多数病例因怀疑颅内其他病变或体格检查作CT和MRI偶然发现本病。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and surgical indication of nonfunctional pituitary microadenomas. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with nonfunctonal pituitary adenomas confirmed by operation and pathological examination from 1993 to Jan of 1997 were analyzed. Results Menstruation returned to normal in 1 of 2 cases with amenorrhea. Among 4 cases with headche, remission in 3, disppearance in 1. Visual field returned to normal in 1 of 2 cases with visual field defect. The postoperatve pituitary function was normal in all cases. Conclusion All cases were confirmed by CT or/and MRI due to following lesion: few cases with disturbance of vision and visual field, majority of cases were suspected for other lesion, or due to general check up. Transsphenoidal microsurgical removal of tumors are necessary for those cases with relative symptoms of pituitary adenoma or with evidence of enlargement of tumor by CT or MRI during regular folloup examination.
