摘要
目的研究高迁移率蛋白A2(highmobility group A2,HMGA2)在垂体腺瘤中的表达及其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的相关性。方法用RT-PCR法检测55例垂体腺瘤组织中HMGA2蛋白的表达。结果 HMGA2在无功能垂体腺瘤中无表达,在功能性垂体腺瘤中表达,在侵袭组表达水平明显高于非侵袭性。结论 HMGA2的高表达在垂体腺瘤的发生、发展及侵袭性中发挥重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group A2 （HMGA2）in pituitary adenomas and its correlation with the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expression of HMGA2 was detected in 55 specimens of pituitary adenoma tissues by RT-PCR. Results HMGA2 was expressed in functional pituitary adenomas, however, which was not expressed in non-functional pituitary adenomas, and the expression levels in invasive group were significantly higher than those in non-invasive group. Conclusion The high expression of HMGA2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis, development and invasion of pituitary adenomas.
