摘要
为了弥补现有测温装置只能检测GIS母线表面温度的不足,研究了一种离相GIS母线温度预测方法。利用Kelvin函数计算母线导体与外壳的集肤效应系数,并结合负荷电流计算母线焦耳热损耗;根据传热学原理,综合考虑对流及辐射换热因素,建立能量守恒方程迭代求解母线导体及外壳温度;计算结果与有限元方法以及实验数据的对比表明了该方法的正确性,对于离相GIS母线温度状态检测具有实际意义。
Temperature prediction method for isolated phase GIS bus is researched to make up the shortage of temperature measuring methods currently that can only measure surface temperature of GIS bus. Kelvin functions are employed to calculate skin effect coefficients of the conductor and the tank. Combing with load current, joule heat losses of conductor and tank are figured out. According to theories of heat transfer, both convection and radiation are considered, and energy conservation equations are used to calculate temperatures of the conductor and the tank in an interative mode, The accuracy of the method is validated by comparison between calculation results and experimental data. The method has actual meaning for the thermal state detection of isolated phase GIS bus.
