摘要
由于高压开关触点、母线处于高电位,每相对地和不同相之间都存在很高的电压,所以直接检测高压开关触点和母线温度一直是电力系统检测中的难题。通过设计高耐压多输出高频开关电源和利用光纤信息传输技术,彻底解决了高电压环境下的温度检测问题。研制的高压开关触点、母线温度在线检测与监视系统具有以下显著优点:温度检测范围大、准确度高;用光纤传输数字化的温度信息,抗干扰能力强、传输可靠性高;各温度检测电路之间以及温度检测电路与CPU单元之间的耐压高、安全性好、系统可靠性高;供电电源和负载电流无关,检测系统运行的稳定性好;通过串行通信接口通信,扩充数据分析功能和联网告警功能;结合电力系统DCS中已有的电流信息可以分析触点接触电阻正常与否,从而进行电气设备低温故障诊断;功能全面等。
The very high voltage between the contacts of high-voltage switch or between high-voltage buses makes the direct measurement of its temperature a very difficult problem which has not been solved in practice so far. Based on a technology of high frequency switch-mode multiple output power supply, the difficult problem is solved completely. The hardware, software and specification of the apparatus are described. Its advantages include high accuracy and wide range of temperature measuring, high anti-interference capability and high reliability of transmission of temperature information by the use of optical-fiber, high reliability and security of the apparatus owing to the good insulating performance between the measuring circuits of temperature of contact or bus or between the measuring circuits and CPU unit, good operation stability because of the irrelevance of the power supply and load current, strengthened function by the use of serial communication to analyze data and send alarming signal to watch or officers concerned through a computer linked to Internet. Aided with current value of the corresponding switch-contact from the DCS of the power system, the temperature difference of the contacts can be used for low-temperature fault diagnosis of electric device under light loading condition. The method used are protected by Chinese Patent.
