摘要
探讨高龄胆管手术患者的围手术期处理 ,减少术后并发症 ,提高疗效。方法 对 14 7例 70岁以上老年胆道手术患者临床资料进行了分析 ,围手术期处理包括术前全面检查 ,并存病处理 ,手术时机及麻醉的选择 ,术中、术后重要脏器的监护 ,营养支持以及并发病防治等。结果 14 7例中 ,术后并发症 41例 (2 7.9% ) ,死于并发症 7例 (4.7% )。结论 高龄胆道手术患者加强围手术期处理 ,对减少并发症 ,提高疗效具有重要意义。
Objective To study the perioperative management of biliary tract surgery in aged patients.Methods 147 cases who underwent various biliary tract surgeries were reviewed regrospectively.Perioperative management included general physical examination before operation,treatment of other complicated diseases;supervision of the functions of the main organs and giving nutrition supports during and after operation.Results In 147 cases,various complications occurred in 41 cases and 7 cases died from the complications.Conclusion It is important to strengthen perioperative management for decreasing complications and improving curative effect in the aged patients who underwent various biliary tract surgeries.
