摘要
目的 探讨头颈部肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的处理方法。方法 从2001年1月～2003年6月我 科收治的头颈部肿瘤450例,对其中33例合并糖尿病患者使用胰岛素控制血糖的资料进行分析。结果 28例无并 发症发生,切口感染2例,腮腺漏2例,心律失常1例,无围手术期死亡。结论对于合并糖尿病的头颈部肿瘤患者, 合理使用胰岛素控制血糖是围手术期处理的主要方法,是安全渡过围手术期的重要保证。
Objective To explore an ideal treating program for cases of head and neck tumor with complicating diabetes mellitus. Methods This study was carried out in a retrospective way. 48 cases included in this study with these lesions were treated from Jan,2001 to Mar,2004. Results Among these cases,39 were found with no any complications,4 wiht incision infection,4 with parotid fistula, 1 with arrhythmia and none died of surgical treatment during the peri-operative period. Conclusions The main treating procedure during the peri-operative period should be appropriate insulin therapy to control the level of blood sugar for cases of head and neck tumor with complicating diabetes mellitus. This is an important way to guarantee the safety of these cases during this period.
