摘要
前文主要是对酿酒原料粮食中有毒有害化合物(如马拉硫、有机磷农药残留、氰化物等)的检测方法作了详细介绍。本文内容仍在前面所述的基础上,继续依照国家相关标准对黄曲霉毒素B1、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇两种有毒有害物质的检测进行了详细分析说明,其中包括运用分光光度计、薄层层析、柱层析等不同方法进行测定与计算,此外对实验中所需试剂与药品的配制及使用也作了详尽介绍,以供读者参考使用。
In previous papers,we introduced the measuring methods of toxic compounds in liquor-making grains such as maraz,organic phosphorus pesticide residue,and cyanide etc.In this paper,we continued to introduce in accordance with the relevant national standards the measuring methods and the calculation of aflatoxin B1and DON including spectrophotometer method,thin layer chromatography,and column chromatography etc.Besides,the required chemical agents for the measurement and their use and allocation were introduced in details for reference.
