摘要
通过208份全职员工样本探讨了组织公平在组织信任对工作满意度影响过程中的作用,研究发现组织信任对工作满意度具有显著正向影响,分配公平和程序公平在组织信任对工作满意度的影响中具有显著三重调节作用,即当分配公平和程序公平较高时,组织信任对工作满意度的正向影响最强。
This paper explores the organizational justice' s influence on the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction by 208 full-time employees. The result shows that organizational trust had significantly positive effects on job satisfaction, and distributive justice, procedural justice and organizational trust interacted to affect job satisfaction such that organizational trust had the strongest, positive relationship with job satisfaction when distributive justice, procedural justice were both high.
