摘要
利用来自国内各行业866个员工的样本,用多元协方差分析对中国职场关于工作价值观的代际差异及新生代内部差异进行了分析。结果表明:中国职场的休闲价值观、外在价值观及内在价值观随代际发展稳步上升,新生代显著高于文革代,且新生代内部90后显著高于80后;在社会价值观和利他价值观上,新生代与文革代无显著差异,新生代内部也无显著差异;并由此提出了管理策略。
This paper, based on 866 employee samples from all kinds of industries in China, analyzes the generational and intergenerational differences of work values using methodology of MANCOVA. The results shows that in the Chinese labor market, leisure, extrinsic and intrinsic values have increased steadily over the generations, are higher among the New Generation than among the Cultural Revolution, and also are higher among the 1990s than among the 1980s. On social and altruistic values, no significant differences exist either between the generations or within the New Generation. Based on the research results, management strategies are put forward.
