摘要
运用文献分析方法、系统方法和比较方法,通过对国内有关企业(组织)价值观管理研究成果的梳理,发现目前企业价值观管理研究主要包括企业价值观的内容(包括企业价值观的定义、作用,企业价值观的构成,企业价值观测量,企业价值观的影响因素,个人与组织价值观匹配等)和企业价值观管理(包括企业价值观管理的定义、作用和性质,企业价值观管理的途径)两个方面。
Using literature analysis method, the system method and comparison method, through analyzing the research result of foreign enterprise （group） values management, we find that the present researches mainly include two aspects which are the content of enterprise values（Including the definition and function of enterprise values, the constitution of the enterprise values, measurement of enterprise value, the influencing factors of enterprise values, personal-organizational fit etc）and the management of enterprise values（Including the definition, function and nature of the management of enterprise values; the way of the management of enterprise values）.
