摘要
用细乳液聚合法制备了阳离子型环氧/丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,研究了引发剂、乳化剂、环氧树脂等物质的用量、型号对乳液收率及离心稳定性的影响,利用红外对产物的特征基团进行了表征,并通过测试产物的交联度和环氧值对反应的过程进行了分析判断。结果表明:采用阳离子乳化剂31524/OP-10为乳化体系,可以制得环氧树脂含量达60%的聚合物乳液;反应过程中只有极少量环氧树脂参与接枝和交联反应。
Preparation of cationic Epoxy Polymer Emulsion with Miniemulsion Polmyeriza- tion was studied. The effects of the types and dosage of initiator emulsifier and epoxy resin on the emulsion yield and centrifugal stability were investigated. The structure of polymer is characterized by PT-IR, the extent of reaction is analysed by testing the polymer~ degree of crosslinking and epoxy value. It is found that the polymer emulsion can be produced with epoxy resin content reaching 60% in the following conditions :31524/OP-10 as emulsifier;a little epoxy resin joined graft and crosslinking in the course of reaction.
