摘要
以聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯为基材,二乙烯三胺为亲水单体,冰醋酸为成盐试剂,合成了自乳化型聚氨酯水乳液,并对溶剂的选择、乳液的粒径、流变性及稳定性进行了研究。结果表明随着中和度的增加,乳液粒径逐渐减小,而乳液的本征粘度则随中和度的增大而增大,所合成的乳液呈假塑性流体,而且很稳定。通过试验,我们选择了酮类作溶剂。
A Series of self-emulsifiable polyurethane emulsions was synthesized, using polyether, TDI as monomers, TDA as chain extender, aqueous acid as neutral agent. The partical-size, flowing property, stability of emulsions and selections of solvent were studied. The results showed that partical-size was decreased with increasing the degree of neutralization, but viscosity was increased, ketone was selected as solvent according to, our experiment.
