鼻咽癌中乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1的表达与临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨鼻咽癌中BRCA1的表达与其临床病理特征之间的相关性。方法:收集鼻咽癌组织98例,鼻咽慢性炎症组织20例。应用免疫组化技术检测鼻咽癌和鼻咽慢性炎症组织中BRCA1蛋白的表达,并采用SPSS 13.0软件分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:鼻咽癌组织样本的BRCA1胞质表达阳性率显著高于鼻咽慢性炎症组织样本(P<0.05);BRCA1胞质错位分布与鼻咽癌的T分期、N分期、M分期及临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:BRCA1胞质分布与鼻咽癌的恶性演进显著相关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathological characteristics of BRCA1 in nasopharygeal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of BRCA1 in 98 nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 chronic nasopharyngitis specimens, and its relationship with clinical characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed using SPSS 13. 0 software. Results: The cytoplasmic mislocalization rate of BRCA1 in NPC cases was obviously higher than that in nasopharyngitis cases(P〈0. 05). The cytoplasmic mislocalization of BRCA1 was associated with T staging, N staging, M staging and clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The cytoplasmic mislocalization of BRCA1 was associated with the formation and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
