植体根尖支持力不足致即刻负重失败一例 被引量:2

摘要 为了最大限度缩短患者缺牙的时间,减轻患者缺牙的痛苦,种植义齿的即刻负重技术已成为重要的研究和发展方向。虽然即刻负重的优势明显,但如果适应证选择不当,极易造成即刻负重失败。笔者于2012年遇到1例因植体根尖支持力不足致即刻负重失败的病例,现报道如下:
