摘要
随着种植体-骨界面骨结合理论的提出,口腔种植学进入飞速发展时期。目前,种植体的成功率已经达到95%以上,但是,临床种植失败病例也时有发生。根据临床和实验研究发现,生物力学因素在种植失败中起着决定性作用。本文将围绕种植体-骨界面生物力学特征为核心,从种植体自身(材料、表面结构、大小)、即刻负载、适应证选择、天然牙-种植体联合固定桥几个方面进行综述。
With the implant-bone interface osseointegration theory put forward,Oral Implantology is entering a period of rapid development.Now the implant success rate has reached more than 95%,however,the clinical cases of implantation failure also occurred.The clinical and experimental studies found out that biomechanical factors play a decisive role in the failure of the implant-borne prothesis.This article will focus on the implant-bone interface biomechanical character-ristics,the aspects of the implant itself（material,surface structure,size）,immediate loading,indications selection,tooth-implant supported fixed prothesis were reviewed.
