摘要
目的探讨系统化整体护理干预对提高患者狂犬病疫苗全程接种依从性的影响。方法将2010年7月至2011年6月在我中心犬伤门诊就诊的1392例被犬等动物致伤患者随机分为干预组和对照组各696例。干预组实施使用预防接种记录本、加强心理护理和健康教育、提供电话咨询和进行电话随访等护理干预措施；对照组使用以往应用的狂犬病疫苗注射通知单，进行口头告知健康教育，未接受电话随访。结果干预组与对照组比较，患者狂犬病疫苗全程接种依从性显著增强，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对患者实施系统化整体护理干预，对于提高患者全程接种狂犬病疫苗依从性具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the influence of systematized nursing intervention on increasing the obedience of rabies patients throughout the comprehensive vaccination. Methods 1392 cases of rabies patients who were infected by dogs or other animals treated in dog injury outpatient at our center from July 2010 to June 2011, were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each with 696 cases. The intervention nursing measures were implemented to the experimental group, which included vaccination record book, intensive psychological counseling and health education, enquiry hotline service and random telephone interviews etc. The conventional rabies vaccination notification advice and verbal explanation on health education were applied to the control group without random telephone interviews. Results The obedience of the experimental group during the rabies vaccination was remarkably enhanced compared to that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The implement of systematized holistic nursing intervention on the patients is of positive significance to strengthen the obedience of patients to complete the entire process of rabies vaccination.
