摘要
目的 :探明正常牙合与安氏 类 1分类 (安氏 II1 )错牙合两种不同牙合型时各牙根尖在 ICP时的受力情况 ,以期揭示咬合类型对咬合力传导的影响规律。方法 :采用透明环氧树脂复制以相同牙排列而成的正常牙合及安氏 II1咬合的下颌模型 ,2 .0 kg垂直加载后 ,在国产 40 9- II型投影式光弹仪上观察测量各牙根尖主应力的大小与方向。结果 :正常牙合各牙根尖主应力方向基本均偏向远中舌侧 ,安氏 类牙合则更偏向远中颊侧。安氏 II1牙合下颌各牙根尖主应力值均略大于正常牙合 ,且最高应力值由第一磨牙近中根尖处移至最后一个磨牙根尖处。结论 :源于牙长轴方向以及牙尖斜面引导方式改变的咬合类型的变化 。
砄bjective: To investigate the occlusal stress distribution in malocclusion.Methods: Two epoxy resin models of normal and Angle II1 occlusion set up by identical plastic teeth were employed to determine the stress distribution in apical area under 2.0 kg vertical load .The values and directions of main stress were both measured. Results: In normal occlusion, the main stress of most apical areas directed distolingually, while those of Angle II1 occlusal model distobuccally. Values of main apical stress in Angle II1 were generally higher than those of normal occlusion.The highest value of all apical areas were in the last molar in Angle II1 model instead of medial root of the first molar in normal occlusion. Conclusion : Alterations of occlusal pattern caused by changes of long axis direction and incline guide style may influence the directions and values of main apical stress.
