摘要
目的探讨IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面用于前牙美容修复的近远期临床疗效。方法将在我院行美容修复患者46例(118颗牙)随机分为2组,治疗组(23例59颗)和对照组(23例59颗)分别采用IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面和传统的钴铬合金的烤瓷冠修复。于修复后1周复诊并调查患者满意度,并对患者进行3年随访,对修复体完整性、边缘适合度、牙龈健康状况、牙敏感症状及颜色匹配等进行评估。结果治疗组在修复体颜色、外形及舒适度方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,治疗组的边缘适合度、牙敏感症状及颜色匹配均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);而治疗后3年,边缘适合度、牙龈健康状况及颜色匹配均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面可最大限度保存牙体组织,具有良好的美学及生物学特性,是一种理想的前牙美容修复方法。
Objective To explore the short-term and long-term effect of IPS Empress Ⅱ porcelain laminate veneer in restoration for esthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods 46 patients with 118 defective anterior teeth were divided into two groups, the treatment group （23 cases 59 teeth） and control group （23 cases 59 teeth） was given with IPS Empress Ⅱ porcelain laminate veneer and conditional Co-Cr alloy handcuffed ceramic crowns ,respectively. All the cases were asked for a second visit in 1 week after restoration, and the integrity of ceramic veneer, marginal adaptation, gingival health, post-operative sensitivity and color match were evaluated during 3-year follow-up. Results The degree of satisfaction on the color, shape and adaptation in treatment group were all higher than those in control group （P〈 0.05 ）. After restoration for 6 month, the marginal adaptation, post-operative sensitivity and color match in treatment group were all better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. There was also significant difference on the marginal adaptation and gingival health between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion IPS Empress Ⅱ porcelain laminate veneer can save the body organization at the extreme, and it has the advantage of aesthetics and biological characteristics, so it can be used as an ideal restoration method for esthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
