摘要
目的:评价IPS Impress Ⅱ铸瓷修复体在前牙美容修复中的临床效果。方法:对47例患者(158颗牙)进行IPS Impress Ⅱ铸瓷全冠修复,修复后1周及每半年复诊一次,评价内容包括:边缘完整性、解剖外形、表面、颜色。结果:在随访期内,4颗牙发生饰面瓷崩瓷,2颗牙因基牙折断致牙冠与修复体一起脱落,3颗牙出现牙龈红肿,3颗牙发生牙髓炎或根尖周炎,2颗牙色泽变暗,其余144颗牙修复效果满意,满意率为91.1%。结论:IPS Impress Ⅱ铸瓷修复体对前牙行冠桥修复可获良好临床效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical prosthetic effect of IPS Impressllceramic crowns. Methods 158 teeth of 47 patients were restored with IPS Impressll ceramic crowns and bridges.The patients were asked to return in one week and every half year. The clinical prosthetic effect was evaluated according to marginal adaption,eolor match,surface and anatomical shape of restorations. Results In follow-up examination,the veneer porcelain crowns of 4 teeth were broken, two crowns fell with the tooth due to the abutment fracture, gingivitis was found in 3 teeth, pulpitis or periapical periodontitis occurred in 3 teeths, the shades of 3 crowns were darkening. The prosthetic effect of 140 teeth was satisfied and the rate of satisfaction was 91.1%. Conclusion IPS Impressllceramic and bridge is a reliable and ideal choice for the anterior restoration.
