摘要
目的:探讨TST术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院肛肠科2011年7月～2012年2月126例II～IV度混合痔患者行TST术联合部分痔核行外剥内扎术治疗的临床资料。结果:全部病例术后肛门形态恢复良好,术后肛门平整,无水肿、肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、感染等并发症。结论:TST术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔是一种安全有效的方法,可减少术后并发症,提高手术疗效。
Obj ective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tissue selecting therapystapler （TST） plus Milligan-Morgan for mixed hemorrhoid.Methods： 126 Cases of mixed hemorrhoid were treated by TST plus Milligan-Morgan. Results： The anal form of al1 cases were changed correctly.There was no complication such as anal edema -incontinence,anal stenosis,postoperative massive bleeding and infection.Conclusion： TST plus Milligan-Morgan is a safe and effective way for mixed hemorrhoid.This way can decrease postoperative complications and improve the curative effect.
