摘要
研究了从铅锑冶炼鼓风炉水淬渣中碱浸锌。试验结果表明:从鼓风炉水淬渣中碱浸锌,常规条件下锌浸出率为50%左右。常规工艺条件为:浸出温度80℃,液固体积质量比11,NaOH浓度12mol/L,浸出时间60min。
Alkaline leaching of Zn from blast furnace water-quenched slag from lead and antimony metallurgical process has been studied. The results showed that leaching rate of zinc was about 50% under normal conditions. The normal conditions were leaching temperature of 80 ℃, liquid to solid ratio of 11 ; 1, NaOH concentration of 12 mol/L and leaching time of 60 min.
