摘要
文章研究了采用"空白制粒焙烧-碱浸-净化-离子交换-沉淀-煅烧制精钒"工艺流程从湖南某石煤钒矿中提取五氧化二钒。试验研究结果表明:采用该工艺,得到的产品五氧化二钒质量符合GB-3283标准,全流程V2O5回收率≥75%。
The paper studied the small- scale test of extracting Vanadium pentoxide by the"pelletization roasting - alkaline leaching - ion exchange - precipitation - calcining" technology from the Vanadium - containing stone coal. The experiment results indicated the product quality met the national standard GB - 3283 requirements and the vanadium conversion rate achieved above 75 %.
