摘要
我国面对的贸易摩擦日益升级,出口环境日益严峻,遭遇了两反两保、技术贸易壁垒、美国337调查、碳关税等新型贸易保护手段冲击,这些都涉及知识产权问题。鼓励企业和个人创新,推进知识产权体系建设是提高我国出口产品形态的最根本方法;加强律师队伍的培养,改变温和的政治态度,是改善我国产品出口环境的有效办法。
With increasing trade friction, our Chinese productions are facing a serious situation of protectionism, such as the two anti＇s two guarantees, technical barriers to trade, 337 investigation by USA, carbon tariff. They are related to intel- lectual property rights. Encouragement on innovation, and building intellectual property rights system, are the basic ways to change our Chinese productions＇pattern. It could improve our exportation environment by fostering lawyers, who are familiar with trade friction and can change political conservative position.
