摘要
新的发展环境下,现代信息服务业正面临区域一体化创新发展的重大挑战。基于对现代信息服务研究与发展诸多方面的综合考察,提出现代信息服务业区域一体化发展模式的重要课题。从系统的观点出发,阐明以信息生态学为视角综合研究和提出区域一体化信息服务体系发展模式的理论意义与实践价值;系统分析和总结这一领域的研究与发展现状,指出有待深入研究和解决的主要问题;基于对研究对象的系统分析与认识,确定课题的研究目标、主要研究内容,明确拟突破的关键问题、重点和难点;论述研究思路与方法、技术路线和实施方案。基于信息生态学、综合集成的系统观和方法论,提出一个现代信息服务业区域一体化发展模式的研究框架,为课题的研究工作奠定基础。
The modern information service industry is facing the significant challenge of regional integration and innovating development under the new developing environment in China. In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis, an im- portant issue is presented for the developing mode of regional integration of the modern information service industry. The theoretical meaning and practical value is expounded to synthetically study and present the development mode of regional in- tegration of information service system in the perspective of information ecology. The current situation of research and devel- opment in this field is systematically analyzed and summarized, and the main problems that need to be deep studied and solved are poiuted out. Based on the systematic analysis on the study object, the research aim, main study contents of this issue, the breakthrough of key problems, the keynote, and the difficulty are identified. And then, for research, the train of thought and methods, a technological line and an implementing scheme are discussed. So a research frame is presented for the development mode of regional integration of the modern information service industry based on information ecology, the systematic perception and methodology.
