摘要
农村改革以来,随着国家从乡土情景中"退场",农村社会出现了值得警惕的"社会原子化"趋向,乡土团结陷入困顿。究其根源,在于国家与农民之间的"中间组织"缺失。过度行政化的村两委组织和封闭性、礼俗性的宗族组织都难以扮演好"中间组织"的角色。新时期,农村社会组织的快速发展,为乡土社会"中间组织"的重建,进而为乡土团结的再造提供了契机。通过适当的助力和管理,农村社会组织将能够与其他一些基层组织形成"共生合作"的局面,共同构筑乡土"新公共性",从而再造乡土团结。
Since the rural reformation, as the national power ＂exited＂ from the countryside, the rural society has emerged an alarming trend of ＂social atomization＂ with troubled predicament for the local solidarity, the basic reason of which is the lack of intermediary organizations between the state and the farmers. It is difficult for the excessive administrative village committees and the closed traditional clan organizations to play the role of ＂intermediary organizations＂. It provides an op- portunity for the countryside unity and the intermediary organizations to reconstruct because of the rapid development of the rural society organizations in the new era. With proper power and management, rural social organizations will be able to form ＂symbiosis cooperation＂ with a number of other organizations at the grass - roots level, and construct rural ＂new pub- licity＂ with the result of reengineering local solidarity.
