基于波束形成的发动机噪声源识别及声功率计算 被引量:13

摘要 为实现波束形成声源识别技术中声源声功率的计算及排序,给出了将波束形成输出的传声器阵列平面声压贡献量缩放为声源表面声强量的方法。在此基础上,进行了某发动机标定工况下的噪声源识别台架试验。研究结果表明:气缸盖罩、发动机缸体、排气旁通阀、发电机是该发动机的主要噪声源,其辐射声功率依次为102.3、97.5、96.2、94.8dB。 To calculate and rank sound power of different sound sources when performing noise source identification based on beamforming technology,the scaling method from pressure contribution on the micro- phones array plane to sound intensity on the source plane was given. On the basis, engine noise source identi- fication bench test was carried out at full load and rated speed conditions. Results show that cylinder head cover,cylinder block,exhaust by-pass valve and electric generator are engine major noise sources,their sound power levels are respectively 102.3dB,97.5dB,96.2dB,94.8dB.
