摘要
基于球面波模型互谱成像函数波束形成理论,开发了相应的近场声源识别软件。对已知声源位置和强度的单极子声源、相干偶极子声源的模拟计算结果表明:该方法有效补偿了球面波传播的幅值衰减量,能够实现声源的精准定位及强度的准确计算。某柴油机全负荷标定转速工况下的声源识别试验结果表明:正时齿轮罩壳、缸体与变速箱交界位置及发电机是其主要噪声源。
Based on spherical wave model and principle of cross-spectra imaging function beam-forming, a near-field sound source identification software was developed. Simulation and calculation for a single mono- pole source with specified position and strength and coherent monopoles were conducted. The results show that this method effectively contains compensation for the fact that the signal amplitudes are attenuated by different amounts because of different distances from transducer to the source, so it can locate the sources and calculate the source strengths more precisely. Results of the noise source identification test in a diesel engine under conditions of rated load and speed indicate that timing-gear housing, junction of cylinder block and gear box and electric generator are the main noise sources.
