膀胱肿瘤动物模型的比较及合理选择 被引量:3

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,膀胱癌动物模型在细胞或组织培养研究和临床研究之间架起了桥梁,Black等证实了肿瘤微环境对肿瘤进展过程的影响,认为研究膀胱癌转移机制更是离不开膀胱癌的动物模型。
